Personal Session

During our one hour session we talk about what you would like to work on, and what your desired outcome is. I then guide you through a healing process that is similar to a mediation. You will be focusing on your breath and I will be working on you energetically, addressing what is relevant to your topic.

Afterwards I invite you to share your experience, and we discuss how your follow up steps might look like. 

*In my sessions I also include other lifetimes as well as unprocessed themes of the ancestry line. However, what needs integration reveals itself to us through the challenges we face in this lifetime. So whatever comes up for you currently and what holds you back is what we address during our time together.

120 € per 1 hour session

Sessions will be via Zoom. 

The energetic process itself will be recorded and you will receive an audio recording within 24 hours.

Prior to our session I ask you to send in your topic of concern. You can do so right after booking right away, at the latest 24hours before we meet as I do tune in beforehand and prepare for our time together.

Impulses for afterwards..

After a clearing session it will take some time for your whole system to resettle. This can take anywhere from 2 days to couple of weeks. So during that integration period try to disengage from old stories and thought patterns, and to not judge any emotions that come up. Take good care of yourself and be gentle with yourself.This way you can best support your healing journey.
